Sleepover
Short Film
Sleepover is a tense, moody and reflective coming of age-story about Ed, an introspective but quietly ambitious 10-yer old who loves his mother but wants acceptance into his 12 year-old brother’s ‘boys pack’. One night, during a sleepover, Ed witnesses his older brother and friend touch his mother on the head, breast and belly while she sleeps. In the morning, Ed must decide: tell his mother the truth but destroy his brother’s trust, or stay silent, break from his childhood world and his mother, and join his brother with their dirty secret.
